- All travel package prices are applicable for traveling with groups only.
- You must be 18 years of age at least. There is no maximum age limit.
- You must be fully vaccinated (completed 2 doses) with Pfizer Biotech / Oxford AstraZeneca / Moderna / Johnson and Johnson. If you are fully vaccinated with Sinopharm or Sinovac vaccines, you must take a booster dose of any of the mentioned vaccines.
- A PCR test is required before your flights from both Bangladesh and Saudi Arabia even after you are fully vaccinated.
- You must travel 14 days after you complete the full vaccination.
- Whatever your Pax number (number of people in the travel group) is, no more than 2 people are allowed in each room. Single-room accommodation is also available.
- The package itinerary can be changed. You will be informed if any changes are made.
- The booking of all services depends on availability. The package price can be changed if any changes occur.
- If any services or facilities are not available similar services or facilities will be provided. And, the package prices may change as per services or facilities.
- No refund is available for any kind of booked packages. Buy Air Ticket Ltd. reserves the right to change, or cancel the tour packages without any prior notice.
- Buy Air Ticket Ltd. also reserves the right to charge an extra amount for any service inclusion, or for any unexpected charges imposed by the legal authorities.
- If you cannot check in at the hotel on the scheduled booking day for any changes in your departure flight schedule by the airlines, or for any other unexpected reasons, the hotel authority will not change your booking schedule or refund your booking money.
- If the airline changes any scheduled flights for any unavoidable situation and you have to stay at the hotel for extra days, you are liable to pay the extra charges for that.
- For any kinds of unexpected issues i.e. luggage missing, or flight delay, Buy Air Ticket Ltd. will not be responsible for that.
Transportation Information
- For 02 pax to 08 pax, all the transportation for traveling in Saudi Arabia will be provided in cars or vans.
- For 24 pax, all the transportation for traveling in Saudi Arabia will be provided by bus.
- No more than 2 pieces of luggage are allowed for each person.
- The vehicle waiting time for private transportation is 60 minutes at the Haj terminal and 15 minutes at the hotel.
- You must be present at the pickup points during the time mentioned in the voucher. The vehicle does not wait for anyone.
- Buy Air Ticket Ltd. is not responsible for any delay of the vehicle due to any reasons, or you miss the vehicle for delayed presence at the pickup points.
Hotel Policy
- The hotel check-in time is 04:00 PM and the check-out time is 12:00 PM. Buy Air Ticket does not take any responsibility for early/delayed check-in / check-out.
- The hotel authorities reserve the right to provide available rooms as per booking.
- For any request to change room, you have to contact the hotel reception.
- Buy Air Ticket Ltd. is not responsible if the hotel authorities refuse any of your requests, or for any inconvenience.
Passport Instruction
- Do not give your passport to anyone even to our representative or driver during your stay in Saudi Arabia. However, the legal authority may take your passport for a few minutes to complete some official formalities. Don’t forget to take your passport back after the official work is done.
